Do the American people get to vote on the healthcare reform bill?

Author: I was just wondering if "We The People" get to vote on the Healthcare Reform Bill that will ultimately affect all of us. Is this something that we get to decide or are the politicians going to decide for us?
Heck no, we will just pay for it. The "the non bipartisan behind closed doors process that lacks transparency" is the machine that is driving health care insurance reform and voters will have no say in the matter. We will be told when it is implemented, how much to pay and, how much our taxes will go up.
