IN A SPECIAL NEWS BULLETIN, Alex Jones warns against the Big Government, Big Insurance Health Care Bill being forced down in the Senate despite opposition by
members in both parties and an overwhelming majority of Americans.

After all the denial, the final version of the bill proves to have in place the so-called death panels, the abortion funding, no public option, cuts in Medicare and forced coverage backed
by heavy fines or prison.

Outrageously, Senator Reid & co. have added a section to the bill, Section 3403, that prevents
any future Congress from changing the Medicare Advisory Boards (i.e. the ‘death panels’). Section 3403 reads “it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection.”

Entrenched interests, archaic politics, and a misguided, dim, fear minded groups lie in obstacle of our future. DON’T STOP NOW AMERICA, HEED THIS LESSON OF THIS MAN’S ORDEAL.

Due to a supreme court decision in the mid 1800′s, corporations were extended human rights as an autonomous being. However, it is not a being, and therefore has no way being held criminally liable, and so can easily pay its way out of any legal problem and simply move on while the affected are awarded monetary compensation.

Stand as a united people this fall and support a Health Care Reform that provides a nourishing life to all people in our country. We must start caring about each other, for there is no excuse to not do EVERYTHING you can to save your fellow human being’s life.

Be vocal in your support, spread the word, show this to your friends, or write your representatives this Fall and tell them you support health care reform in 2009!!!! let’s end the first decade of this turbulent millennium with a true peoples reform. Be apart of something great!

Individuals who dont purchase health insurance may lose their tax refunds according to IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman. After acknowledging the recently passed health-care bill limits the agencys options for enforcing the individual mandate, Shulman told reporters that the most likely way to penalize individuals that dont comply is by reducing or confiscating their tax refunds.
Speaking at the National Press Club on Monday, Shulman downplayed the IRSs role in enforcing the recent overhaul of the health insurance industry by claiming the agency would not aggressively target individuals who dont purchase coverage. He noted that the health-care bill expressly forbids the agency from freezing bank accounts, seizing assets or pursuing criminal charges, but when pressed said the IRS would most likely use tax refund offsets to penalize those that dont comply with the mandate. The IRS uses refund offsets to collect from individuals that owe the federal government a delinquent debt.
These are not the kinds of things we send agents out about, Shulman said. These are things where you get a letter from us. Congress was very careful to make sure there was nothing too punitive in this bill.
Many reports have claimed that enforcement of the individual mandate will be non-existent, but Shulmans answers indicate differently. According to BusinessWeek, starting in 2015 Americans who dont purchase insurance will be subject to a fine of $325 and that sum increases to $695 in 2016. However, the commissioner seemed confident that in most cases individuals would either receive subsidies to purchase insurance or simply do so on their own in order to comply with the law.
The vast majority of American people have a healthy respect for the law and want to be compliant with their tax obligations, Shulman said, mentioning letters, collection notices and offsets as among the various ways the IRS will reach out to people without coverage.
During his speech Shulman said threats against the IRS have not risen despite media reports to the contrary. He disagreed that it has become more dangerous to work for the IRS following the February incident in which a disgruntled pilot flew his plane into the agencys Austin, Texas office, killing one employee.
Theres been a lot of stuff in the press around increased threats, which is actually inaccurate, Shulman said. What there has been is increased chatter on the Internet that has an anti-government sentiment.
He also said it is too early to know what additional resources or how many employees the IRS will need to enforce compliance with the mandate and clarified his reasons for using a professional tax preparer.
I wouldnt read into anything about me doing it now, Shulman said. Im just a busy guy and have had good service for the past 15 years.

Washington (CNN) — President Obama has declared a national emergency to deal with the “rapid increase in illness” from the H1N1 influenza virus….

Obama said in a statement.

“Thus, in recognition of the continuing progression of the pandemic, and in further preparation as a nation, we are taking additional steps to facilitate our response.”

The president signed the declaration late Friday and announced it Saturday. ..

administration official said the move is “not tied to the current case count” and “gives the federal government more power to help states” by lifting bureaucratic requirements — both in treating patients and moving equipment to where it’s most needed…

Obama’s action allows Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius “to temporarily waive or modify certain requirements” to help health care facilities enact emergency plans to deal with the pandemic.

Those requirements are contained in Medicare, Medicaid and state Children’s Health Insurance programs, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act privacy rule.
